Important information for Year 12 students and families regarding External Exams
Students and parents are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the External Exam Timetable and the procedures for reporting an absence due to illness or misadventure.

Illness and Misadventure
If your child is unable to attend an External Exam due to illness or misadventure, please complete the Illness and Misadventure Form.
The student and their parent or carer must complete the front page of the form, while a medical professional is required to complete Sections B and C.
Completed forms must be submitted via email to sjone79@eq.edu.au as soon as possible.
We encourage all Year 12 students and families to review this information ahead of their scheduled exams.
