Our talented senior Hospitality students are proud to present Restaurant Week – a showcase of their culinary skills and front-of-house expertise – in Week 8 of Term 3.
Join us for one of two special evenings and enjoy a professionally prepared three-course meal, including a canapé on arrival and a complimentary drink, all for just $45 per person. Held in our purpose-built training restaurant, this is an ideal opportunity to experience fine dining right here at PBC.

These evenings give students valuable hands-on experience, from preparing and presenting food to managing table service and guest hospitality. It's all part of their journey towards building confidence and capability in the hospitality industry.
