Dear Year 7 Parents and Caregivers,

Please check previous emails from Qld Health regarding the 2022 Year 7 HPV and/or Diptheria/Tetanus/Pertussis booster immunisation offered as part of the QLD Health School Immunisation Program.  

If you have not yet received this communication from Qld Health, please contact 1800940750 or email admin.immuniseGC@health.qld.gov.au.

The Year 7 students are offered:

• ​Diptheria / Tetanus / Pertussis (whooping cough) Booster 
  AND / OR 
  
• HPV Immunisation (1st of 2 doses)

​The date for the immunisations are on Tuesday 29 March. 

The second dose for the HPV immunisation is scheduled for Term 3.

THE COVID-19 IMMUNISATION IS NOT BEING OFFERED 

If you want your child to participate in this program please contact Gold Coast Public Health up until 9:00am Tuesday 29 March.
