The Girls Rugby League Sports Excellence Program takes a holistic approach in developing resilient, dedicated, and successful young female students to reach their potential in the game of rugby league. This unique program offers opportunities for aspiring female rugby league students who wish to develop their skillsets & knowledge of the game, while also learning about the various rugby league representative pathways.
This includes competing in elite NRL Schoolgirl RL competitions, District/State/National Schoolgirls rugby league tournaments, and learning about the many NRLW Academy programs now available to females.

These key principles underpin our program framework to help develop our female students to be the best they can be, in everything that they do.
Our program expectations encourage students to excel not only in their chosen sport, but also their academic and personal goals. Therefore self-discipline, time management and accountability across all levels of their everyday lives is integral to achieving these goals.
NRLW Titans teacher aide mentoring, wellbeing sessions, resilience training camps & sessions, after-school tutoring, NRL accreditation courses and more, help build a unique skill set for our female students as they move into their Senior schooling.

Year 10-12 Monday P2, Tuesday P3, Wednesday P4
Students are expected to attend additional sessions eg gym, Captain’s run, performance testing.
