Enrolment Capacity

To ensure Palm Beach Currumbin State High School is able to meet its enrolment obligations within the Enrolment Management Plan (EMP), the Principal must limit the enrolment of out-of-catchment students to ensure in-catchment students can enrol at their local state school.

Students who reside outside our catchment area are welcome to sit the relevant examination, trial, or audition. Following assessment, they will be placed on a waitlist and considered in ranking order should positions become available. As our Programs of Excellence have a defined number of places, offers to out-of-catchment students are subject to available enrolment capacity. Priority is given to students who live within our catchment and offers to out-of-catchment applicants may be made once in-catchment enrolment needs have been met and places remain available.
