Current Opportunities for Individuals
- Leo’s Club
- Extra curricular opportunities offer a number of community service activities such as aged care visits, prep reader program, mentoring programs and more
- Recreational sport such as unpaid refereeing or game official eg: water runner or timekeeper, canteen volunteer, coach/assistant coach and clinics, maintenance work of facilities or equipment and any volunteer work at a club or community event
- Volunteering Gold Coast offers hundreds of opportunities each week
Making your Hours Count
Students are asked to submit a participation form which details the activity they did, the date/s, hours completed and a contact person who can verify their participation. These forms are available from Student Services or can be downloaded from the links on the right. Completed forms should be returned to Student Services.
From Community to Service Learning
Students who successfully complete this component of the program will receive a bonus 5 hours of community service.
