​​Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at PBC. There are many things to learn about when changing schools and we would encourage you to have a good look around our PBC School Website for policies, programs and services offered.

Below is the link to the Enrolment Application forms which needs to be completed, saved with your student's name in the file name and returned to school via email to enrolments@pbc-shs.eq.edu.au with supporting documents. 

You are welcome to submit completed hard copy of the forms to our Main Administration Office if you prefer.

    2. SRS Participation Agreement Form 
    3. Agreements Summary  
      – review each agreement by clicking on links (in the summary document and under Supporting Documents group on this page)
