Palm Beach Currumbin State High is an Independent Public School located in the South East Region of Education Queensland.

The students are drawn mainly from our local catchment area. A wide range of socio-economic backgrounds are represented with a nucleus of established local families. PBC is classified as a Band 11 High School and was established in 1972. The school population in 2017 is around 2560 students. PBC has a distinguished record of success in academic, cultural and sporting fields. The curriculum serves a wide range of student needs and interests with extensive offerings of Authority and Accredited Vocational subjects and a number of trial/pilot courses. The school specialises in the development of vocational education, music, and cultural programs as well as its unique Selective Entry @ PBC Academic, Sports, and Creative Arts Programs.

Palm Beach Currumbin State High enjoys a fine reputation as a leader in education in Southern Queensland.

EOI - Deputy Principal (Organisational Capability)​

The position requires a highly efficient person with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills and a student centred approach which facilitates the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students.  In order to successfully undertake this position, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the ability to influence the strategic planning of staff organizational capability and professional learning.

Your opportunity

As the Deputy Principal (Organisational Capability) you will play a vital role in:
