Parent Support

Parent Support is an email mailbox for families wishing to communicate any feedback, issues or concerns to the school. We wish to help families by offering solutions and/or suggestions with an aim to resolving any concerns raised. We will provide a positive and timely response and an opportunity for families to give constructive and favourable feedback.

Absences: 

To inform the school of your student's absence, please make contact by 9:00am on the day of absence via email to absences@pbc-shs.eq.edu.au or via the QParents App https://qparents.qld.edu.au
 
When reporting absences, parents/caregivers should state the student's:

  • name and ID number (as it appears on their ID card)
  • date of absence
  • reason for absence
  • expected duration.​
