Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at PBC. We understand that changing schools can involve a lot of new information, and we encourage you to explore our PBC School Website for details on our policies, programs, and the services we offer.
How to apply
1. Download:
Please download the following document: PBC enrolment application.pdf
For Out-of-Catchment enrolment enquiries, please email your request to enrolments@pbc-shs.eq.edu.au
2. Complete the Form:
- Fill out all pages of the enrolment form.
- Ensure all required signatures are completed in the designated areas.
3. Save as a PDF:
- Save your completed application and all supporting documents in PDF format only.
- File name must follow this format:
SURNAME (in capitals), First Name – e.g., BLOGGS, Joe
Note: If your file is too large to send as a single PDF, split it into two parts and name them:
SURNAME, First Initial, Program, Part 1
SURNAME, First Initial, Program, Part 2
4. Supporting Documents:
Make sure you include all required supporting documents as listed on the front page of the enrolment form.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Only PDF files will be accepted – no PNG, JPG, JPEG, or photo files.
5. Submit via Email:
Send your full application to: enrolments@pbc-shs.eq.edu.au
6. In-Person Option:
If you're unable to submit via email, please bring all completed documentation and lodge it at Main Reception.
