PBC will be celebrating National Science Week in week 6 this term.
Activities that will be running each day during L1 include:
- a free science show,
- UQ, QUT and Griffith university pathways presentation, and
- practical activities investigating the properties of glass (this year's theme)
There are some great prizes up for grabs – see the poster for entry details.
A special advanced thanks must go to PBC's own Science Club and our wonderful teachers who have volunteered time to help run the activities. See you week 6!
There is also an photo/video comp opening on Monday 8 August! Take photos and/or video to show examples of science in yoru daily life, email to Ms Crandall at bdeag2@eq.edu.au to enter and be in the running to win a $60 Tuckshop Voucher and House points!!
