Year 12 Formal and Graduation Ceremony

The Year 12 Formal Dinner and Graduation Ceremony will be held at Jupiters Hotel and Casino in Broadbeach on Thursday 19 November 2015. 

This evening is an exciting event for students, parents and PBC staff to celebrate the achievements of our graduating cohort. 

The format for the evening will be:

5:00 – 5:45pm Student arrival  Main entrance - Jupiters Hotel and Casino 
6.00 - 8:00pm Formal Dinner (Students ONLY – 2 course meal and soft drink provided) Jupiters Function Room
7:30 – 10:00pm Graduation Ceremony
(Students presented with certificates)
Jupiters Theatre

Ticket costs/person: 

$135.00 Year 12 students (Dinner and Ceremony) 

$ 15.00 Parents, friends and relatives (Ceremony – max 4 guest tickets per student) 

Students are required to pay a minimum deposit of $50.00 by 14 August with the complete balance to be paid by 18 September. Please note that payments are non-refundable. 

Parent tickets to the Graduation Ceremony will be available for purchase online. Further information regarding this process will be released later in Term 3. Please note in advance that entry to the Ceremony is by ticket only and will not be available for purchase on the night. Due to limited space, a maximum of 4 guest tickets will be available for purchase per student. 

This is an invitation only event and invitations are issued based on: 

  1. Student behaviour complying with the school’s behaviour management policy 
  2. Completion and submission of all assessment items
  3. Full payment of all outstanding school fees
  4. Compliance with a formal dress code.
